Britney Spears "The Singles Collection" In Stores November 24 New Song "3" Goes to Radio September 29
New York, NY - In celebration of the 10th anniversary of her debut on the music scene, Jive Records is releasing Britney Spears The Singles Collection on November 24. To launch the special package a brand new single entitled "3," which Britney recently recorded with hitmaker Max Martin, will go to radio Tuesday, September 29.
There will be two configurations of The Singles Collection; an ultimate fan box set and a standard version.
The ultimate fan box set version of The Singles Collection will contain all 29 of her singles, including the new song "3." Each disc will be packaged in its own slip sleeve case with original artwork, and will include an additional b-side or a remix of the track. The collection will include a DVD featuring all of Britney's videos in chronological order. The ultimate fan box set will also include a special booklet featuring iconic images and fun facts about each track.
The standard version of The Singles Collection will contain 17 of her chart topping favorites along with the new song "3," all on one CD.
Supposedly Britney unveiled a "poem" before her 'You Oughta Know" performance in Dallas. Fans are saying it was the following:
"I know the pieces fit cuz I watched them fall away Mildewed and smoldering, fundamental differing, Pure intention juxtaposed will set two lovers souls in motion Disintegrating as it goes testing our communication The light that fueled our fire then has burned a hole between us so We cannot see to reach an end crippling our communication."
Unlike most Britney fansites owners, I listen to all types of music. And if anyone knew anything about any other kind of music they would know that this WASN'T an original poem by Britney, but rather lyrics from Tool (a rock band)'s song "Schism" DUH.

I can't believe no one has heard that song before IT WAS HUGE and on all the time. On the wikipedia page it even says it won a Grammy. Come on.
I think its great that she finds inspiration from different types of music, especially rock haha!!! Same here.
So its rumored that the "big announcement" coming from Britney's team is that the Circus concert is going to be filmed at her Las Vegas dates and that it may be released in 3d and possibly in movie theaters!

Its not Britney singing prolly cuz its a demo but its still a hot song. I hope she does it, but I could care less about Lil Wayne being in it. I don't like him anymore since he used racial slurs against white people in one of his songs.
